I am a Natural Cleaning Specialist and Housekeeper experienced in cleaning and caring for homes using organic, pet-safe, furniture safe, and unscented or naturally scented cleaning products. I provide my own professional equipment and cleaning agents, and offer gentle home cleaning, laundry services, and housekeeping.

I see my work as me working together in collaboration with you on your home’s needs. I am a judgement-free cleaner, and I do my best to work with every budget, in every home I am equipped to aid. Cancellation Policy
I fully understand that life is unpredictable and that things come up. However, last minute cancellations do hurt me as a solo business owner and I need to keep myself afloat.
Last minute cancellations within 48 hrs will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. Within 24 hrs will be charged 100% unless rescheduled, in which case a new deposit must be made to book. Clients may not rebook after a late cancellation until fees are paid. For regular clients, the following appointment will have the adjusted pricing applied to the cost (ie. monthly instead of biweekly, biweekly instead of monthly) Exceptions will be made for cancellations with regard to serious emergencies or regular clients per my discretion. Deposits are non-refundable and required for new clients.
“Lock-outs” occur when I arrive for a scheduled cleaning and am locked out from entering the home, or someone in the home is unable or unwilling to let me in. I will wait up to 30 minutes to resolve a lockout before leaving, at which point 100% of the appointment fee is owed.
Payment Policy
Payment for every clean can be made via Zelle or cash (preferred), or check, Venmo, Cashapp, or Apple Pay. New clients require a $50 deposit to reserve a date on my calendar. This deposit is nonrefundable.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. New clients will apply the $50 deposit to their remaining balance.
Payment is considered late when it has been more than 24 hrs since completion of service. A $25 late fee will then apply, with an additional $25 for each additional day payment is late. Clients cannot rebook until all late fees are paid.
